PPE upgrades the factory EGR cooler for your 2003-2004 Ford 6.0L PowerStroke with its 50-state legal 6.0L Ford PowerStroke EGR Cooler 316129503. This cooler is constructed from heavy-duty seamless stainless steel for longer service life. PPE ditched the problematic honeycomb interior found on the factory EGR in favor of stainless steel tubes, which are more robust (virtually eliminating cracks). This design allows for increased coolant and exhaust flow, reducing the possibility of clogs and extending service life. Includes all necessary gaskets and seals for easy installation.
